Transforming Conflict into Opportunity addresses
the process of conflict resolution through
Team Building Creativity's unique adaptation of the structures and tools of Improv
(comedy and theater) to transport individuals, teams,
and
businesses away from destructive divergence and toward
creative convergence. This interactive training seminar
addresses
the classic business and organizational dilemma: Will conflict
(and its resolution) become incorporated into a dynamic
creative process, or, will it subvert the corporate vision
and ultimately destroy the potential for innovation and
growth?

Conflict is an inevitable part of life.
The workplace is an incubator for conflict. Many of
us deal with conflict by avoiding it. Yet from the smallest
dispute to the most serious instance of violence in the
workplace, the effect of negative conflict on the business
endeavors of management, marketing, teamwork, development,
product design, sales and innovation can be devastating.
Transforming Conflict into Opportunity differs
from other conflict resolution seminars in that it uses
the framework of constructive
humor of Improv to separate people from the problem , validate points of view, focus
on productive interests (rather than intractable positions),
